To my loving sister who is a brilliant sculptor and artist, but sadly has been rejected by many people and toned down her life to exclude art. I on the otherhand suffer menopausal mood swings, which are made worse by a tendency to bi-polar. I cope by crying, reading obsessively, a good diet, friends who understand me, singing sometimes and painting when I can. I don´t be-freind people anymore who reject my kind of personality. I spend time walking, pausing and smiling.

H O P E , is all what we need !

I was misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder 1 manic phase. I would like to be re-evaluated, find out more and learn way more about how to cope etc.

I would like to thank my boyfriend who "has normal" for being supportive and patient for 6 mnds today.

To my son,
I'm always amazed at how you find incredible strength and will-power to overcome your obstacles. It seems everytime your illness pulls you down both mentally and physically, somehow you find your footing and pull your self back up. I can never understand where you get it or where it comes from but you always manage to find your miracle strength whenever you need it.
Love, Mom

hallo love,
i am writing just to let you know that i care about you. and i know sometimes you feel sunken in your mind, but i will always try to cheer even be it that my toil bears no fruit, but i will always be there for you, because i believe there is a way you can learn to control your mind.
i love you very much, and i will always love you. never lose hope my love, i am always going to be here with you, forever.

Because of your, hard work, desire to understand, willingness to change, and love for your family, we (your daughter and I) thank you! After 11 years of marriage, up’s and downs included we now understand our relationship a little better. Bipolar disorder does not define you or our relationship! Congratulations, on your recent successful graduation with your Masters in Public Administration! YOU DID IT and we are so proud! BIPOLAR DOES NOT DEFINE YOU, OR THIS FAMILY! We love you!

This is to honor my nephew who died by his own hand years ago. Here's hoping that others will not use a permanent solution for a temporary problem.

To the family and friends of Kristina Macias:

I would very much have liked to have attended the services for Kristina, but had to work since almost everyone else in my department was traveling or had the day off.

I am grateful that Kristina's life intersected with mine long enough to experience the kindness she showed to her friends and the love she shared for her family.

The faith that Kristina extolled and trusted in teaches "that the spirits of all men (and women), as soon as they are departed from this mortal body, yea, the spirits of all men, whether they be good or evil, are taken home to that God who gave them life. And then shall it come to pass, that the spirits of those who are righteous are received into a state of happiness, which is called paradise, a state of rest, a state of peace, where they shall rest from all their troubles and from all care, and sorrow.

God be with you til we meet again, Kristina.
